Compact elastomer coupling

The backlash-free servo coupling (elastomer coupling) ROTEX GS Compact is characterized by its short design. The low-priced clamping hubs are made of aluminium allowing for easy and quick assembly of our backlash-free coupling.

The range of ROTEX GS Compact (backlash-free servo coupling) includes both frictionally engaged connections without feather keyway and positive-locking connections with feather keyway.

Beskrivelse ROTEX GS servokoblinger

Vores ROTEX GS servokoblinger er torsionsstive, bøjningsfleksible akselkoblinger som forbindelseselement mellem drivaggregatet og værdioptager.

De overfører momentet uden slør og præcist. Derfor er vores slørfrie akselkoblinger meget præcise. De sikrer også samtidig kompensation for radiale, aksiale og vinklede forskydninger. Takket være det store udvalg af koblingstyper og navkonstruktioner kan vi levere den rette kobling til stort set ethvert anvendelsesområde.

ROTEX GS servokoblingens slørfrihed:

Slørfriheden af ROTEX® GS slørfrie servokoblinger (elastomerkoblinger) beror - ud over koblingsnavenes klogeometri, hovedsageligt på ROTEX GS-tandkransenes geometri. Disse er konstrueret således at de med tandkransens konvekse tænder under spænding ligger i de konkave kløer på koblingsnavet. Sammen med den lige fortanding er derfor arealpresningen lavere og koblingssystemets stivhed højere.

Tandkranse på ROTEX GS servokobling:

De elastiske tandkranse i vores servokoblinger findes i fem forskellige shore-hårdheder. Det gør det muligt på en nem måde at tilpasse koblingen med henblik på torsionsstivhed og vibrationsadfærd til de individuelle driftskrav.

Tandkransens tænder optager forskydningerne og støttes her ved den indvendige diameter radialt via en overgang. Dette forhindrer en for stor deformering indad eller udad ved kraftige accelerationer eller høje omdrejningstal. Den tilladte omgivelsestemperatur afhænger af tandkransens shore-hårdhed.
